Joan Marie is great!  I had been looking for a home in Cherry Valley, and when I first started my search there wasn't anything on the market that met my needs.  Several weeks after first calling Joan Marie, I received a call from her that she had just listed a beautiful four bedroom home with a pool, and the owner wanted a quick sale.  Was I interested?....You bet I was, so my honey and I made an appointment to see the home on the very first day of the listing, and we made an offer that was accepted!  Oh, Joy!  Our home is perfect, and Joan Marie met our expectations to a T!  The seller was also delighted that Joan Marie found a buyer so quickly!
